Our processing involves strict quality control where every nut is sorted to ensure it is free from mold and insects. The “ABCD” grade offers a smooth shell and full shape, making it perfect for direct retail or high-end culinary use, while our distilling grades are ideal for essential oil extraction due to their high myristicin content.
